Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Amayam, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Our return and refund policy lasts 5 days from the date of purchase. If more than 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging intact. Delivery charges for returns and exchanges will be borne by the customer.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank — there may be processing delays.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed *within 7 days* only if the item is damaged or if a size change is needed. To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@amayamcollection.com. Delivery charges for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please mail it to: info@amayamcollection.com.
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning or exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
